Why don't Roman Catholics say the entire Lord's Prayer?

Lord’s Prayer (the ‘Our Father,’ the ‘Prayer of Jesus,’ etc.) is found in the
Gospels of Matthew and Luke. In Matthew 6, it forms part of the Sermon on the
